Application Process

  • It typically takes 3-5 business days to get approved but may vary.

  • Yes, will you need to pay for your security deposit (refundable), cleaning/admin fee (non-refundable), rent, and any other rentable items such as parking or pets.

Resident Life

  • A hold will be placed on the apartment once the application is finished and the app fee and holding deposit are both paid.

  • It is not a requirement to sort them but we do have separate trash chutes for recycling and trash.

  • You can make a maintenance request through our resident portal

  • The resident can call our after-hours number to have a staff member come out and let them in. The resident with receive a $75 lockout fee charged to their ledger

  • Sewer/Water/Trash can be paid on your resident portal with your monthly rent. Electricity is paid through PSE.

  • You can pay online through the resident portal with ACH or debit/credit card. We also take physical payments via check, cashiers check, or money order to the office
